Prevention Minnesota's initiatives are all about tackling leading killers, making Minnesota a healthier place to live and work. The goal of this ongoing work? To target the root causes of preventable death and disease.

Healthy Eating Minnesota
Eight organizations throughout the state have been selected to work with Blue Cross to improve Minnesota’s “food environment.” Utilizing proven and promising strategies, with an emphasis on environmental change and policy approaches, the organizations and their partners are working to increase access to and availability of healthy foods.
