Quitting is tough. Ask for help!
The American Cancer Society's Great American Smokeout will be observed on November 18 , 2010. The event encourages smokers to quit for at least one day (in the hope that this might challenge them to stop using tobacco permanently) and raises awareness of the many effective ways to quit for good. Find information about the Great American Smokeout here, or call 800-227-2345.
